We hit a snag but Dave got it done I had been looking for a car for a few months, and stopped by Sundance on a whim after looking at another car. Dave met us right away, despite the col I had been looking for a car for a few months, and stopped by Sundance on a whim after looking at another car. Dave met us right away, despite the cold wind. After asking what we were looking for and price range, we looked on the computer then checked the lot. He pointed us right away to the car, knowing it was there even though it wasn't in the computer. Took it out for a test drive and came back liking it. He was able to meet me in the middle on price so we bought it. Set up a time to meet the next day, but he called me to let me know they didn't have the title; it was still with the auction. It was a Friday afternoon and unfortunately nothing could be done over the weekend, but he offered me a car to drive at no cost until we could get the paperwork sorted (I opted to keep prowling the one I had). He kept me in the loop pretty much every day, and by the next Tuesday I drove away with my new car. From the beginning Dave worked hard to make sure I was happy with the car, and then when we hit a pretty significant snag worked hard and got others involved to get it done (he sent a guy in a car to Detroit to get it).
