Randy Blackwell was my dealer and I couldn't have had a better experience. Randy was kind, informative, patient and laid-back. Over the course of a couple days, Randy let me test-drive a number of cars. Never did he pressure me into buying a car and was incredibly honest when it came to a car's specific faults. I was able to take each car I test drove to my mechanic and have it thoroughly checked out (truly, Randy demanded that I do so). I would highly recommend Randy to anyone looking for a car and choosing Sundance as a potential provider. The only reason I gave my experience 4 stars and not 5 was that the sales manager was a bit pushy when negotiating deals and a little too steady in his stance for my liking. There were a few things that he argued as reasons to pay more for the car that should never have been included in the sale price- e.g. oil change, filter, car detail, etc. Those are standard service jobs when on-boarding used cars and shouldn't be used as a means to negotiate a sales price. With that said, very good experience overall. More
