On the search I went to Sundance after researching vehicles on-line for a few months. The wife had previous experience with them and had always been happy with the I went to Sundance after researching vehicles on-line for a few months. The wife had previous experience with them and had always been happy with the way she was treated. We had been to other dealers and had come away brow beaten and happy to have finally gotten away. The dealership is huge with a vast selection. I had done my homework and had two particular cars in mind when we arrived. We started wandering the lot and quickly became overwhelmed. Troy happened upon us and asked if he could help. We gladly accepted the rescue and followed him to his cubicle. He was friendly, polite and made us feel welcome. He listened patiently as I explained what I was looking for. He made us comfortable and set out to locate the vehicles I was there to see. The vehicles were both recent acquisitions and were both still being prepped. Because they were a brand other than what the dealership sold new they had been sent out for evaluation and would be back later that day. We made arrangements and returned the next day. As promised the vehicles were there for my review and test drive. I made my choice and entered into negotiations. I came away happy with the experience. More
