We purchased a New 2026 Durango from Sunland Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat. Every aspect of ordering the new car and the sale was outstanding. We picked Sunland Park Chrysler Dodge as our dealer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat. Every aspect of ordering the new car and the sale was outstanding. We picked Sunland Park Chrysler Dodge as our dealership because of the excellent staff and knowledgeable people. Other Dealerships that we visited were not acceptable for us to order a new Durango! There product knowledge was subpar! Our Sales Rep BILL HAWKINS was absolutely amazing. Bill was extremely knowledgeable, very honest, and had excellent communications with us throughout the sale transaction. He, was very easy to deal with and very fair. He was always able to answer any question we had about the sale and the car that we ordered. He is one of the most notable car salesmen that we have ever had! I look forward to working with him in the future. He goes out of his way to make your car sale seamless and easy to deal with. Every request that I asked Bill to accomplished on our new Durango was 100% met. The dealership is very clean, well maintained and well managed. Our dealings with the General Sales Manager Jerry Gandarilla were very good. He worked with us on resolving a minor pricing question and we were very happy with the outcome. We traded in a car and we were very happy with the negotiated trade in offer. The car trade in expierence quick and easy. Our finance manager Ivan Ochoa was very through, quick and he was easy to work with. The Service Department had our new car delivery ready in very short order. Our new Durango was very clean, defect free and ready for us to take home shortly after it arrived at the dealership. I look forward to using the service department in the future. My over all New Car Buying experience at Sunland Park Dodge was FIVE STAR amazing. More

I had a great experience! Elizabeth was friendly and patient with all my questions. She let me and my husband go to the back to view the issues found with my jeep and the tech Elizabeth was friendly and patient with all my questions. She let me and my husband go to the back to view the issues found with my jeep and the technician explained everything while showing us. I dropped off my jeep on a Saturday and by Monday it was ready! From start to finish it was a great experience, if I could give more stars I would. More

I hope to have her assigned to me every time I bring my car in for service. I was asked if I would be interested in purchasing a new car. I replied that I will not purchase a new car or truck from Dodge until they reduce their prices. Prices are out of control. However, the service center at this dealership is the best! More
