My fiance and I had stopped in on a Sunday evening, only My fiance and I had stopped in on a Sunday evening, only to find that the dealership was closing in 10 minutes. Rather than asking me to comeback, I was met by Alex who graciously invited me in. I had the intention to only check on an advertised special that I saw online, however Alex took the time,(again after closing hours) to not only show me the car, review the details but also arranged to give me an estimate on my trade in so I could be more thoroughly informed when I compared prices, even at other dealerships. The process was fast and pressure free. Given the information, I realized that the car I originally came to see was not a good option. Seeing my disappointment, Alex working with his General Manager Nadi, came up with a number of alternatives. Even though it was past closing on a Sunday evening, a number of the sales associates, and the general Manager Nadi, were willing to patiently walk me through the details of a number of possibilities. I have purchased a number of vehicles, and up until this point I have always left a dealership to explore more options, only after which I will return to finalize a sale. This is the first time that I have purchased a vehicle on the same day that I saw it, and I completely attribute this to the honesty, respect and patience that I received by everyone that I encountered at Sunnyside Acura. Especially Alex, who throughout the process not only saw to my needs, but who was just as friendly and inviting to my fiance (who hates car shopping.) As if this was not enough, today i took my vehicle in for service, while waiting in the service area, Alex walked by, noticed me and stopped to ask how I was, remembering not only who I was, but also asking after my fiance. Nadi the sales manager knew exactly what I was looking for.Much before coming into the Dealership, he explained to me over the phone regarding the SUV. As soon as I came in, I had Sam waiting and had the car ready for me to take it a test ride. Sam asked me to take the time I needed, explained to me about the car and soon after we came back, Tony ran me through some numbers and withing 1 hour I traded my car and bought my MDX. All these 3 people are genuine and give the space that you need. If not for them, I couldn't have owned my car. I began looking for a good quality used car for my son to commute to and from college. After looking at other on-line outlets, I decided to look at the Sunnyside web site. I was excited to see a car that fit our needs and budget. Wally Noueiri responded to my request for information within an hour. My son and I met with Wally the next day, and purchased the car. This was the first car we looked at, and we had no doubt this was the car we were looking for. Wally Noueiri and Sunnyside Acura made our experience shopping for a car so easy and stress free. Absousutly no pressure was put on us at any time. They made feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. Wally really listened to and understood what our needs were and made sure we got the car we were looking for. More

So I went to look at a specific Acura model. The sales guy was nice but when it came to pricing, there was a lot of "if I give you my best price tonight, will you buy it" Ah, no. Then it came time to nego guy was nice but when it came to pricing, there was a lot of "if I give you my best price tonight, will you buy it" Ah, no. Then it came time to negotiate my trade. That is where the insults began. Needless to say what started at a $2500 trade became a $3000 trade and then miraculously when I was walking out the door, it became a $4000 trade. I went to Acton Toyota and was immediately given $5000 for my trade. I wouldn't recommend Sunnyside to anyone. They were so old fashioned - holding my registration, etc. It made my immediate purchase at Acton Toyota all the more pleasant. Thank you for that Sunnyside. More

I called Sunnyside about a used car I saw online and spoke with Sam. I made an appointment to go see the vehicle and when I arrived he had the car outside ready for me to see and drive. The whole tran spoke with Sam. I made an appointment to go see the vehicle and when I arrived he had the car outside ready for me to see and drive. The whole transaction was very smooth and there was no preasure from Sam or Franklin who did my financing. A week later the car's battery went bad and Sunnyside graciously put in a new one even though it was not covered by my warranty. The service deparment was great, they have free snacks, drinks and wi-fi while you wait. I will definately be looking at Sunnyside for my car needs in the future. It's hard to find service like this these days. More

My husband and I had done extensive research on AWD and 4 wd suv's, and were impressed with the Acura MDX. We were disappointed that the Volvo XC90 that we bought in the spring could not make it up our steep wd suv's, and were impressed with the Acura MDX. We were disappointed that the Volvo XC90 that we bought in the spring could not make it up our steep driveway, even though it was called an AWD vehicle. We decided that we needed to trade it in immediately, as we absolutely need a vehicle that can function in severe weather conditions, and can go anywhere. Also, our dirt road is one of the last in our town to get plowed, so we often have to drive before the road is plowed at all. We had never been to Sunnyside Acura before, and we were greated by Kayhan at the door. He understood our issue, and started working out a trade-in deal for us right away. He was very confident that the MDX would serve our needs. Within an hour, he had figured out what we would get for trade-in value, how much cash we were able to put down, and how much we would have to finance. We didn't feel rushed into a sale or pressured at all. Kayhan showed us a 2009 MDX that we loved. We went back the next day and told him we'd like to put the car through its paces! This included us driving up and down our own driveway, stopping and starting in an unplowed parking lot, and driving in an unplowed field! It was no problem for this great car! We were away with the car for nearly 2 hours, which was not a problem for this dealership at all. Kayhan greated us when we got back and we proceeded to "seal the deal". We were happy with everything about buying this used car. As you can see above, we had no reservations or concerns with how we were treated by Kayhan. We even had a bit of fun and some laughs with him, and it seemed as though we had met a car salesman that we could really relate to on many levels. We'd like to thank Kayhan for working with us and making buying the MDX a very pleasurable experience. More
