I orginially purchased my 2010 Acura TL from Kayhan back in October of 2010 and I couldn't have been happier with the overall process. Kayhan took the time to provide outstanding personalized attention. If that wasn't enough throughout the last year Kayhan has stayed in touch knowing my wife wanted to trade in her 2010 Acura RDX. Kayhan did not pressure us once, but let us know when the best time to come in was. Therefore, just last month I purchased my 2nd vehicle from Kayhan a 2012 Acura MDX. He answerd my many questions, did not put any pressure on me, made my son feel comfortable in the waiting area and explored many options with me relating to my choice of vehicle to the financial side of it. My CRV was delivered to me as if it had just come off the assembly line. Many salesman make you feel like you are just part of a quota to reach - not Wally. Within minutes of meeting him you tell what kind of a person he is and how he cares about each of his customers. He takes it personally if you are satisfied and happy with your purchase and will follow up to make sure everything is ok. This is the second time I have had to call upon Walid to find me the perfect car. My last purchase was totaled during the hurricane, when a tree fell on it. When he did call me last week, he delivered a home run. Although it was not the same car as before, Walid listened to my needs and wants, reviewed my finances and delivered me a car that is PERFECT. He showed professionalism and a sense of pride in his work that his co-workers can learn from. Along with Ethan from the finance department, my experience at Sunnyside was remarkable. When I arrived at the dealership, I was met at the door. The appropriate paperwork was done, and the car was ready for delivery.
