I had a wonderful experience with Sunnyside while purchasing my new TSX from Kayhan. This is only my second vehicle purchase and my first new purchase. I was slightly intimidated being a single young girl going into a dealership by myself to purchase a new vehicle. Kayhan, and Sunnyside made me feel comfortable and I never felt pressured to purchase this vehicle or make any decisions that I was not ready for. Kayhan was even kind enough to put my new license plates on my car a few weeks after the sale and assist me in customizing a few options on my TSX. My wife and I live in the Seacoast New Hampshire area and recently purchased a certified pre-owned Acura MDX from Sunnyside Acura in Nashua, NH (the furthest Acura dealership from our house). The reason was recently purchased a certified pre-owned Acura MDX from Sunnyside Acura in Nashua, NH (the furthest Acura dealership from our house). The reason was threefold: first, two other area dealerships did not have the inventory of vehicles we wanted, second, Sunnyside understood that we had time constraints and worked closely with us within those constraints and three, Sunnyside's General Manager advised us on how to deal with a difficult situation that arose from another Acura dealership. The management team we dealt with at Sunnyside (Sam Oklar - Sales, Dan Velardocchia - Sales Manager, and Nadi Malek - General Manager) were top notch and "hands on". We were able to drive 3 cars and make a purchase all within 2 hours and felt as though we had their undivided attention throughout the whole process. We bombarded Sam with numerous questions and he answered every one in a way that "non car people" could easily understand. All three seemed to help us make the decision that was right for us without appearing to be the least bit "pushy". I don't think it is appropriate in this space to get into the details of the issue I had with another area Acura dealership, nevertheless, Nadi Malek took the time to calm me down after a particularly unprofessional phone call exchange with that dealer's Sales Director and guided me on how to proceed from there. He even offered to intercede if need be (even though that Acura dealer was not part of Sunnyside). That was very classy on his part and that caring energy seems to permeate throughout his whole organization. In closing, if you are looking to buy a new or used Acura, I would highly recommend that you at least visit Sunnyside Acura. We would not go to any other Acura dealer in the area and, in fact, are quite comfortable driving the extra 30-40 minutes from where we live to experience Sunnyside's superior customer service. If it is worth the extra drive for us, I would suggest that it might be for you as well. More

My financial representative (Franklin Emerson) made a miracle happen for me in some really rough curcumstances, and participated in my entire purchase experience. My new Acura TL (Tech Version) is the car of my dreams, and is a perfect fit for what I was looking for. I was never pressured, cajoled, or forced to make any decisions. I really researched their service department and found evidence that they are first classs. Overall, the experience at Sunnyside was a truly pleasant, long-term relationship builder for me. If my new car proves to have quality over time that is anything like Sunnyside experience, there is not another place in the world I would ever buy another car from. Most of the work was done while I was away (I live well over an hour away) and all I had to do was sign documents upon my arrival. It is also worth mentioning the stellar service Sunnyside Acura provides. Matt helped me out tremendously on my old car, a 2008 Acura TL Type-S. He was professional, courteous, polite and knowledgeable. Now this part means something: when my wife and I left the dealership together on our first visit to look at the MDX she said that is was very comforting to know that there is actually a dealership out there which you can trust.
