I found this dealership online because they had the color & model 2012 TL that I wanted. I called & I got Wally Noueiri as my salesman. I was forward with Wally about everything upfront. I told Wally the price out the door I wanted to pay for the car. No haggle or hassle. It was perfect!!! Plus I am an out of stater & they are very accommodating everything with my state. The buying process was easy & smooth. It was raining the day I came to pick up my car. They had big umbrellas to walk us around or take me to my new car. Wally took his time showing me functions of the car & let me set up my bluetooth for my drive home. It truly was a easy & great buying experience. I can call Wally & ask a question about my car & he is always happy to help & is always positive & happy. Wally & the dealership are wonderful!!! Let me tell you how much they will go above & beyond for you. The mail lost my original title paperwork that I sent to my state. I called Wally to see about getting another certificate of origin. Wally checked into it & got back to me. No problem. Not only did they have to get a 2nd certificate of origin but they also had to do my state paperwork all over again. In less than 5 days they had it all done & mailing back to me. I am so thankful & happy that they bend over backwards for there customers. I was very happy with the salesman wally, I called about a used Toyota Highlander that I saw online, and spoke with wally on the phone to see if it was still on the lot, he took my name and number and said a used Toyota Highlander that I saw online, and spoke with wally on the phone to see if it was still on the lot, he took my name and number and said he would check to make sure it was there...he called me right back and we made arrangements to come take a look and test drive...wally was very honest and friendly and took good care of me. I decided that I would buy the vehicle, and was offered a fair trade, but once my credit was ran, the interest was to high and I had to back out of the deal, four days later I got a call from wally, saying that they were able to get my payments to where I was comfortable, I was hesitant at first, because my wife and I had gone through this before at another dealership and we were lied too, the payments were way more than what we were told and lost our deposit, but wally assured me it was what I told him I could manage...all and all I went back to sunnyside, signed the paperwork and drove away with my Highlander !!! I recently leased a new MDX from Sunnyside Acura which was my third vehicle from this dealership. I have always had great experiences there and the sales guys do a great job, especially Mike Keane and Ka was my third vehicle from this dealership. I have always had great experiences there and the sales guys do a great job, especially Mike Keane and Kayhan Yegenoglu who helped me on my recent purchase. During the months leading up to my purchase I was in frequent contact with Mike Keane, asking questions and trying to find out what the best options were for me. Mike was always quick to respond and helped me get into a lease plan that I was comfortable with. When I picked up my vehicle Kayhan went over everything to familiarize me with all the features of the new vehicle. Kayhan is very friendly, knowledgeable, and makes sure that you are comfortable with everything before you drive away no matter how long it takes or how many questions you have. I emailed Kayhan the next day to ask a question and he got back to me immediately with an answer and it was his day off.
