My TSX engine failed due to timing chain but I was told that the warranty was void due to flooding. After very long lawsuit with American Honda they settled and paid for the replacement engine and part of that the warranty was void due to flooding. I had it replaced at another shop for 5K. Avoid this dealer! More

We came in, and were instantly met with smiles. Wally found us exactly what we were looking for. When it came to negotiations, there was nothing rude about it--no rolling eyes, no heavy sighs. He clearly wanted to work with our needs. Franklin spent many hours finding the best financing deal for us. Overall, the experience was absolutely wonderful. After doing many hours of online research and talking to other Acura owners, my wife and I decide to take a ride over to Sunnyside Acura. We did not lease the vehicle that night, but we knew that we would be going back as the service was amazing.
