Yesterday, I took my vehicle to Sunrise @ Collierville for an oil change. I arrived a little after 8:30am. I was told that my transmission was due for service. I had no problem having this service done as for an oil change. I arrived a little after 8:30am. I was told that my transmission was due for service. I had no problem having this service done as I have had positive experiences here before. However, that was not the case today. Somehow this service took several hours as I did not leave the dealership until 5:15pm. The service costed close to $1,000. I have no problem paying, but taking more than 8 hours with no reported problems is unacceptable. Despite the customer service personnel being very polite, I will not return to this location to purchase another vehicle or any other services. More
