I reached out and was put in touch with "Primo" Garcia. Given some basic information, Primo had everything ready when we arrived--we had our two year old with us, so streamlining the process was critical. He had a couple vehicles pulled around, we were to easily move a car seat over and test drive, as well as review different features between models. It was a quick process and we were able to talk high-level numbers before taking some time to figure out what we thought. There wasn't any upselling (in Equinoxes, there were several levels of upgrades available above what we wound up liking) and no pressure tactics. Overall, great experience, per the usual @ Sunrise. Primo lived up to the nickname and was nothing short of excellent to work. More

Way overpriced, and lied to! I went to this dealer to get an oil change. I had purchased my Volt certified used from another Chevy dealer, and this was my first oil change. I was I went to this dealer to get an oil change. I had purchased my Volt certified used from another Chevy dealer, and this was my first oil change. I was quoted 49 dollars and some change. I had tried to change the oil the night before, but found that the oil plug bolt was stripped. I set a notification to call me if it costed any more than the quoted price. As expected, they called and let me know that the price was going to be 51 dollars and some change. I specifically asked, is that the total or just for the plug? They said it was the total, so I said go ahead. When I arrived they told me the total was 109 dollars. I questioned it and they told me something completely different than they told me over the phone. Putting aside that it costs around 18 to 20 dollars for the 4 quarts of oil and filter required for a Chevy Volt, and they charge at least 30 in labor... They charged me 22 for a 13 dollar plug and another 30 dollars in labor! To swap out an oil plug! Never again. More

Mr. Kurtz General manager emailed me to thank me for my purchase. Asked if there was any concerns. I said only one, driver side mirror does not operate when trying to fold in electronically. He put me in contact with Jose Manuel. Jose Manuel Pre-Owned Sales Manager, what can I say about you. You were great! Made me feel that my concerns were his , made it whole and proper. I bought a used 2008 Tahoe LTZ as is no warranty. After a day I noticed that a driver side mirror wasn’t working or folding. Gave me a loaner, after a couple of days my mirror was replaced with a new one. To my surprise, the dealer paid 75% of the new mirror, minimal cost to me. I realize that this was as is purchase with no warranty. If this is not great customer service and focus, I don’t know that it is. Thank you Mr. Jose Manuel!
