Nice, no pressure experience. My wife and I are in the market for a new sports coupe and we have been eyeing the new Camaro as one of 4 cars we are considering. With the slow death of drivers who can drive a stick, many dealers do not carry the V6 manual tranny powertrain model on their lot; as we drive only clutch on the floor in our household, our search, taking weeks, took us quite a distance from home in finding Sunrise. Josh and the staff at Sunrise made the trip well worth the time and travel. Josh took the time to explain all of the features on the car and sent us out for a test drive; when we returned, he asked intuitive questions about our experience with the car, our likes, dislikes and if we thought it might be a car we would like to purchase; as we had previously informed him we have other cars of consideration to test, he displayed remarkable understanding in agreeing that testing all was the proper way to decide; though he asked the other cars we are considering, he did not try to dissuade us from testing the other cars or denigrate the other cars we are considering. He was very, very no pressure and empathetic of our time and distance in our search. Whether buying or not, this is the way a sales associate should respect a customer; irrespective of Sunrise's distance from my home, if I purchase a Chevy, I would definitely visit Sunrise again. More
