Not at Sunrise. We were so pleasantly surprised - the second we walked in the door we were greeted by polite, professional looking salesmen and we didn't have to wait long to get started. Matthew Magnusson really took the car buying experience to a whole new level where it wasn't a chore - he made it enjoyable and he was honest. I am a consumer of quality and that means I buy where the service is gold star. That is why we walked away with a brand new Tahoe.
