Welcome To The Sunrise Ford Sunrise Ford is proud to be a premier destination for Ford’s in the Sunshine State, happily serving thousands of customers since 1932 when a V8 Ford sold for roughly $400! Sunrise Ford is one of the longest-standing dealers in Florida and has grown immensely ever since its humble beginnings at the foot of the Citrus Overpass in downtown Fort Pierce. For almost a century, Sunrise Ford has grown to become an integral part of the Fort Pierce community and wishes to continue doing so in the future! Having started on the shoulders of 14 employees who worked out of a small building in downtown Fort Pierce — Sunrise Ford has grown into one of the largest dealerships on Florida’s Treasure Coast, with more than 80 employees! The dealership, conveniently located on 16 acres between Fort Pierce and Port St. Lucie, includes a spacious main facility with high-tech service and body shop departments. A separate building houses our used truck department, the largest used pickup sales destination in the area. While many of our core values remain the same, one thing has not, Sunrise Ford has consistently ranked as one of the highest volume and highest customer satisfaction dealerships in Florida! When Sunrise Ford opened its doors, Fort Pierce was a sleepy fishing and cattle town. World War II brought hundreds of Navy men to the area, who trained on Hutchinson Island to become combat divers, known as the Frogmen. Many of those veterans returned to the Treasure Coast to raise their families. Several remember that Sunrise Ford had the only tow truck in town and often rescued Navy vehicles stuck in the sandy dunes. After the war, the area flourished with a strong economy based on agriculture, tourism, and real estate development. Sunrise Ford grew with the community and built one of the first “green” dealerships in the state with solar panels, high-impact glass, and recycled materials. Its Internet Department attracts customers from several nearby counties due to its professional Ford-certified sales representatives and its huge inventory of cars and trucks. “If you don’t see what you want on our website, chances are our staff can locate it within 24 hours.” Sunrise Ford has also been fortunate to have a long-tenured staff that excels in both sales and service! We welcome all visitors from our beautiful Sunshine State and Treasure Coast, as well as those from out of the state!

Hello. I am not calling you to hear the same response as before. I spoke with many people at Ford after weeks of trying to solve my problem. Right now, I am in a case with Ford Mo.Co and Ford Motor Credit in order to resolve this unfair act from your dealer against me. From the day I found the "change" made in the contract in which the price was changed after they removed the warranty. Everybody there was telling me that the changes were made because of my son's discount, though they did not tell me that when the new contract was signed. Weeks later I spoke with your relationship manager and another manager Kim, and asked for my temporary plate after weeks without driving my car because I did not have registration paper work. I was told it was not sent, because you need proof of my son's work again.(a manager told me that in your dealership later when I presented the claim against your dealer through Ford). Later, I received information via email from Manager Mike Wetzel and Mrs. Mary Jo stating "the leather was the reason". After I proved that was not the case by showing previous dated text messages and papers confirming leather, Mrs. Mary Joe stated the change was due to the original discount given for my son's work discount. BINGO! Fortunately, for us she admitted in writing that the change was made because they took off my son's discount. (Currently this is under review by Ford Motor as they told me this cannot be altered after the original contract is signed.) Even worse is when Mrs. Mary Jo suggested that I gave the misleading information to receive the AZ discount. I never suggested anything more than my son works for a company that may have a discount to which Manager Kim came back with the price which was changed twice (check the documents I sent). Initially, one week before I signed it was $ 36K, and then when I signed $ 38k. Your manager had a week from the day I visited your dealer. Later, five (5) hours after we (your business manager and I) signed the contract I was on my way to Oregon when I was called to go back and resign the contract. They said the numbers on the contract didn't work and they couldn't send the contract to Ford so they needed to change something that related to cents or dollars. A price increase and removal of the original warranty was NEVER mentioned. They talked about a change in merely cents. When I got to the dealership, around 7pm, I quickly read the contract and checked the monthly amount which was only altered by cents or one dollar. Being a trusting person, I did not read the contract line-by-line. 1- Leather ?- I can prove with that leather was included initially with 72 texts and two recorded phone messages from your salesman phone he left in my phone. Additionally, I have papers I have that show leather was included. How is possible that your manager, general manager, and then Principal Mrs. Mary Jo stated the price change was the "sons discount" and then later it was the "leather" and then again was the son's discount? Even worse Mrs. Mary Jo accused me of giving the wrong information relating to my son's discount. The discount was given and suggested by your dealership. I did not come in asking for a discount relating to my son's employer. I bought the extra warranty originally, I did not ever ask for the warranty in exchange for the leather which was included even before the warranty was issued. The fact that the dealership stated I exchanged the warranty for the leather is fraudulent and irresponsable. It confirms the bad faith from the dealer. I will go to any extent to prove this fraud - court, Ford Executive, websites, etc. My request now? Reinstate the warranty or send me a check for $1,650 in place of the warranty which was removed without my request or authorization. If this is not done, I will send $1,900 to my attorneys to begin litigation which will include a request for court fees and damages in addition to the cost of the warranty. I am not going to call and do not want to play games. It is not about money but about fact and principle. I am not asking for something that was not originally agreed upon both by contract and good faith. I am an honest person and ready to swear that the above is true. Can your dealership do the same? At this point it is up to you as to how this proceeds. I am convinced I will win this case if it goes forward. Thank you. JC Esguerra PS: Ms. Mary Jo has my e-mail address if you need it.

My Dealership participates in the DealerRater Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at our dealership. Who was it you spoke with in service?
