I gave this review a 3 because I received good service previously, but this last visit is actually a one. The issue was not resolved after keeping my truck for three days with minimal communication. I was charged for diagnosis and the truck exhibited the symptoms as I pulled out of their driveway. This should be a warranty repair, but I am taking the truck to a local shop that I trust. The aggravation isn’t worth it, even if it’s free. Something has changed here, too bad. Used to be a good dealer. More
