You're kidding, right? Brought my car for appointment on Wednesday. Still don't have my car Matt called me on Friday morning and left a message. I called back three times.. I finally call department number... Matt calls back finally... tells me the diagnosis ...said he would call me back in 2 hours with time frame. Still haven't heard back...and that was Friday morning! I called today... Matt gone...service manager did not call back...!! So, you ask me what about your service? More

They always are very helpful and then backwards to help you out when you need it my car was in the shop for a week so it was great. I had a nice beautiful brand new explorer to drive when we’re ready to get a new car thinking of trading in the escape we have and I love the Explorer. Everyone was wonderful. I’ll be back for sure. Best service around and I tell everyone about you. It was about a 40 minute ride or 35 minute ride but it was well worth it. Thank you again for helping me out. More

Okay No one explained what was done with the vehicle I asked questions ? and was told it was placed on a computer. But with 4 RECALLS I expected more of a response like we checked and found nothing wrong asked questions ? and was told it was placed on a computer.
