I took my car in for two Recall issues. The service dept. was extremely busy. The staff was extremely friendly and fast. I was checked in in NO time. Brought car in for brake fluid flush, coolant flush, Transmission flush. We dropped the car off, they texted when it was ready and my husband did not even make it home before a light came on saying “En Transmission flush. This happened about 2:30 PM on a Saturday and when he pulled over and called them they said they were closing in 30 minutes and he should have it towed……Wait…..we have a light coming on the way home from having service done and we have to pay to have it towed?!?!?! We called a friend who is a Ford mechanic and he expressed that it sounds like they didn’t bleed it correctly and then we found out they overfilled the brake fluid. Then I get a survey that says the following “ I'm following up on your service visit with us and making sure that Sarah your service advisor provided you with five star customer service when you were here if not or any issues or concerns please call me 772-460-3432 before doing a survey on Sarah for my Sunday your email every question including dealer satisfaction and dealer likely to recommend will reflect on Sarah five star is good or very good which would give her full credit for a four star or less than one of those questions will take credit bonus money away from Sarah there is a comment section if you'd like to share anything additional with us thank you for your time and we do appreciate your business take care and have a great day bye-bye…” They never called us back and asked about our car, was everything ok? Was my husband ok after being stranded on the side of the road. I had to go pick him up and leave the car for a few hours to rest to get it home. We will avoid this dealership and drive either 30 minutes to Vero or 45 minutes to Okeechobee or find another mechanic outside of Ford. More
