The service advisor did try to up sell additional services but at a very high price (radiator flush, break line flush, cabin air filter which I changed myself about a mouth ago and wheel balance), af services but at a very high price (radiator flush, break line flush, cabin air filter which I changed myself about a mouth ago and wheel balance), after declining the services, I never saw her again. She didn't check out the condition of the vehicle after serving. The vehicle was clean when I brought it in but had grease hand prints on the fenders and doors, a mud splash on the front fender and running boards. If she would have walked out after serving, she would have seen it and had it cleaned up. I initially refused a wash as it was clean when I brought it there. I haven't used this dealership before but needed the service due to a long trip I was going on and didn't have time to go back to my regular dealership. I felt like once I didn't take any additional services, you're done, move on to the next customer. My other service advisors met me after the service just to make sure I was happy and to see the condition of the vehicle after serving but this dealership has a history of poor customer service with me anyways, that's why I didn't buy the vehicle from them in the first place.
