From the beginning of the process, Sales Associate Vince Monte was extremely professional. He understood my financial concerns, and returned any emails/telephone calls promptly. It was a hassle free experience. Upon delivery the staff at Sunrise VW offered my family & I coffee/tea. I was unable to take delivery with Vince Monte due to my work schedule, he arranged delivery with Joseph Benjamin who was also very professional. He went over all features of the vehicle. I assumed I would be treated differently buying a Certified Pre-Owned as opposed to purchasing a brand new more expensive model. This was not the case. The car was washed, full tank of gas, and ready to go. Before leaving the Sales Manager Joe Odierno invited me into his office. He wanted to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with my experience with Sunrise Volkswagen. I replied "yes", very satisfied.
