My mother requested that he please give us a good salesperson, as all our other past experiences with VW dealerships had been extremely negative and demeaning. Afterwards Robert Hovell sat down with me for a while ( while Donell put on the plates ) and asked me if there was anything else they can do .I was completely satified with everything .I use the service dept many times with my 2007 Rabbit and have been happy with the service dept as well .
