But, when you go back for help, not much is offered. I was sold an insurance plan that offered to replace a lost key, once per year. When I lost one, called the finance person who sold the policy and could not get her to call back. So, I asked for one to be made at the Sumner service facility, I was charged for it. She finally responded that I had to submit an insurance claim to have a "free" key replacement. I was also offered free car washes, but the washer seems to be away most of the times that I have stopped and it will "be a bit of a wait...." More
