We apologize for not living up to your expectations, the safety of every one of our customers is important to us and we did fail to recalibrate. That said, this was a free repair specific to the driver's side rear tire that you mentioned to us. We would have gladly gone to work on the other tires had we known they were an issue, but they were not mentioned as a concern and a more thorough repair would have cost more. We regret that we could not catch a few details, but we also respect our customers' right to get what they ask for without upselling or pressuring them to more time-consuming and expensive corrections. We thank you for your feedback and your time.
