June 17th at 0:800 was my appointment time. Arrived about ten minutes early. Checked in at desk. Staff took my car into shop. I asked how long it would take. Was told about an hour. Service dept, for oil changes is fine, what I'm passed off about is I was sold a 70,000 Truck with a warranty that was voided because it had signs on it.
