Two vehicles were purchased from this dealership. One brand new in 2020 and a used 2020 truck in 2022. The first experience was super. The experience with the used truck was definitely not anywhere near the quality of the brand new purchase. I wouldn't advise dealing with or appreciate the used truck team that assisted us. My father is a 103 yr.old WW2 veteran. I would not have expected the used car guys that "served" us to have the personality they did. The salesman that assisted us with the brand new 2020 blazer is super down to earth and ALWAYS speaks to me when I go in for the free oil changes. And he asks about my father. I can't place his name at the moment but he is very nice and pleasant to speak to. To bad the used crew isn't as skilled as him. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase new. But I can't come anywhere near the quality of service with the used truck crew. The truck is great and have had no issues from the service crew whatsoever. If looking for a used truck and are helped by the guys that helped us, look for another dealer or search out someone from the new car crew. But overall, this would be a very good place to deal with brand new CAR purchases and have a lifelong business relationship. The good guy shouldn't be snubbed for a few inconsiderate, uppidy, and condescending few. Definitely go new and you will more than likely be very pleased. More

Today (Aug.2023) was the first time I had a service advisor that seemed relatively clueless, in all these years. This was the first time they skipped over some of the stuff I brought the car in for, so I had to make another appt and will have to bring it back again in a couple weeks. Waste of time. More
