The person that did our paperwork at the end was very nice. We don't feel like the front end was upfront with the fees. They charged us $3k more then what was on the window sticker. We didn't know until we got home and seen the window sticker price that was in the glovebox. When I called to ask about it, I was told that the vehicle was in demand so the dealer added a $3k fee on top of the price. I was told, a lot of the dealers do it. They also added a break light blinking function for $500 that I didn’t have a choice about. (I wasn’t told about that until I was signing the paperwork in the back room.) If I would have known about the extra fees upfront I would have walked away. More
