Received the runaround for service that shouldn't have taken that long. My truck had a recall and the engine light came on for the fifth time since purchasing it six months ago and it was not even looked taken that long. My truck had a recall and the engine light came on for the fifth time since purchasing it six months ago and it was not even looked at the day I brought it in. Since it was Friday, the vehicle was kept over the weekend (they did call me on Saturday saying they were keeping it until Monday). The dealership called me Monday to say they were keeping it again and would call me. Tuesday rolled into Wednesday before letting me know a part was being shipped in. The part didn't come in the next day even though it was supposed to be next day air and I had to wait another day and I didn't get a phone call until Friday afternoon saying my truck was ready. The whole time I was never offered a loaner vehicle and had to rely on rides from friends and family while I received calls from the dealership at 2 and 3 in the afternoon on vehicle updates. I HAVE PURCHASED SIX vehicles in 20 years of driving and this has to be the worst customer service ever. More
Great exp for a first visit. My advisor took time to show me a part recommended for replacement which reflects the integrity of the service dept as very few go to that level anymore. Most simply give an advisement and a price for the repair and ask you to accept or decline. I moved to sunset due to poor treatment my veh rcvd at a prior location and I look fwd to a continued relationship with a service dept I can trust to treat my veh with care and not just as another repair. I only take my veh to people I can trust. Based on this visit I only regret I did not come here sooner. Full recommendations and thank you to the sunset service team. More

The employees were very nice. I was billed for diagnosis about why my phone wouldn't pair with my Colorado. After waiting 2 hours, they "updated my radio" that I didn't need or ask for, my phone still wou about why my phone wouldn't pair with my Colorado. After waiting 2 hours, they "updated my radio" that I didn't need or ask for, my phone still wouldn't connect. Finally, they asked me to uninstall my android auto app. I was told to install the android auto app when I purchased the truck. It worked. So, I was billed to uninstall an app that I was told to install. The guys were great. My issue was with the billing. More
