Lifetime warranty is a joke. Oil change service is completed quickly. Service writers can be grumpy though. One lady is particularly unfriendly and I always try to avoid her. Seems like I’m ruining her day with my prese Service writers can be grumpy though. One lady is particularly unfriendly and I always try to avoid her. Seems like I’m ruining her day with my presence. Luckily I got a different service writer last time and she was nice. However, when my free oil change is complete, give me the keys so I can go. I don’t want to wait an additional 20 minutes with the truck parked out there while you finish the paperwork. Also, take the floor protection and number off the rear view mirror when you park it. I don’t want to save it as a souvenir. Thanks More

I went in for my 3rd oil change they charged me for a tire rotation, and on my previous visit there was no charge for a tire rotation the service guy at the counter just ignored my question about that an tire rotation, and on my previous visit there was no charge for a tire rotation the service guy at the counter just ignored my question about that and said you can pay now. He was not rude or disrespectful he just ignored me when I asked him about the charge. More
