I gave a 3 star review on the service survey I received this morning and wanted to explain a little more about the 3 star but can't figure out how to edit. Christine, the service counter person that I deal this morning and wanted to explain a little more about the 3 star but can't figure out how to edit. Christine, the service counter person that I dealt with was very friendly and worked very hard to get my vehicle repaired. It took over a week to get an answer on whether or not they would repair the vehicle but ultimately it was repaired, 8 days to replace a radio and repair the front end due to approvals. Christine was in contact with me and help as best she could to make this easier but, it is what it was. My comments about the staff's appearance was due to the frowny faces you see when you walk through the door and the appearance of low moral on the faces of the first people you see. When I first started dealing with Sunset people said hello and meant it not just saying it because they had to now because you were the next person in line, what happen? I said right now that I was not sure if I had to buy a vehicle today that I would buy one here and I stay behind that statement. I just don't want to spend my money in a place that seems so very unhappy...just my observation and opinion if yours differs ok. As for the work performed, my screen on the back up still does the same thing and I now will have to spend a couple of hours this weekend cleaning up all the power steering fluid that was leaded all over my engine compartment an d wheel well... More

Everything was great while at the dealer. Two days later I looked at the floor on the front side passenger area and found the cover for my air filter.
