Took way to long to find and fix my truck. The problem is not thedirat problem with DEF on this truckand should have been covered by GM. Had a lot of work done on my Silverado and at the end I got a full detail. The truck looks brand new and is in perfect working order again. Those that want some great work need to make sure they have patie got a full detail. The truck looks brand new and is in perfect working order again. These techs take their time and took multiple days extra to do the job right but Daniel was in communication with me the whole time letting me know what they could do for me and when they could get the truck back. I have purchased every vehicle I have ever owned from Sunset Chevrolet (7 new) and for the past 3 yrs we have continued to see a decline in their service and customer service. It has gotten so bad that w Sunset Chevrolet (7 new) and for the past 3 yrs we have continued to see a decline in their service and customer service. It has gotten so bad that we will not be returning even for free oil changes (honestly ide rather pay $35 to a local independent company). It breaks my heart but it has gotten to the point my wife and I actually dread dropping our vehicles off. The final straw was dropping my car off this week... the lady at the counter was so rude it honestly made me laugh and at the same time feel sorry for her. My advice for the crew working at their service department is if you hate your job that much, and if at 7:30 in the morning you are already sick of customers you should really find a new job that makes you happy- life is too short. Important to note, I have never came in with a complaint, have never been rude, and honestly only wanted to get an oil change... but still staff have been so rude. Super weird. I have never posted a review or complained anywhere. I am a Provider at Seattle Children’s and honestly one of the nicest guys you will meet. I grew up w/ Sunset Chevy (my dad bought all his vehicles there). I am only writing this review so hopefully someone listens and service will get better. I have already placed my next vehicle order (2021 chevy diesel suburban) at a different dealer. More
