My 45K service was quoted at $700 plus tax. Ended up being $724.11 plus tax. Apparently you charge for shop supplies but don’t tell the customer that in your written estimate. Alex said they weren’t going to change the oil because the mileage was not due but the date was due. Last time Sunset called me to come in for an oil change because I was past due date. When I told them I didn’t have enough miles they said whichever comes first. I specifically told Alex to change the oil. I told them not to rotate my tires as they were new and had just been rotated. Did not get a discount for not doing tire rotation but they charge when they do one. When I got home to review my receipt and called about price and oil change I was told to bring car back for oil change and they would squeeze me in. Extremely disappointed in service I received this time. The price was higher than quoted and now I have to come back for an oil change that should have been done.. Will take our pick-up elsewhere for its 45k service. More
