Had my oil change there in September and a week later my need oil change light came on. Called they said they forgot to reset. My son said that happen to him a couple times. I think check off they did all the work first then try to remember to do it all. Took my 2018 pickup in because the tailgate slams down. Was covered under warranty. It was noted on work order it slams down. Got home then open tailgate and it "slams down". Had to take back and let them know that they should check there work "before it leaves the shop. Not happy. Great service as usual. Only downfall is not having a loaner/rental vehicle available onsite when my car had an issue that was a warranty repair.
