Replacement of parts The billing is unclear. I took my truck in because of what I thought maybe a transmission problem but was a fuel pump. The confusion was that the pape The billing is unclear. I took my truck in because of what I thought maybe a transmission problem but was a fuel pump. The confusion was that the paperwork said a transmission fix when it was a fuel pump. They were unable to explain and with the charges being higher then I thought I still think they charged me for a transmission protecen though it was fuel pump. They also charged 500 for seal replacement. Did they need to be changed? When you think they are playing with what they are charging it makes you uneasy. More

They notify me of any necessary upcoming maintenance and they leave it up to me to choose how frugal to be with my vehicle. I like that - no soliciting, no pressure! In addition, I watch my keys transfer from one person to another in the smoothest way possible...I rarely see that type of teamwork at any job these days.
