Neal did a phenomenal job with keeping me informed on what was going on with my car while it was in being worked on. He was very prompt at calling me back whenever I called with questions. He did a great job at explaining what was covered by my warranty and what wasn't and the reasons. He also helped me tremendously by helping by getting my rental car covered so that my expenses were not so overwhelming! Overall Neal did a Great Job!! More
