Once my truck was in the service center, everything went very well. My service advisor Lonnie was great, making herself available and keeping me informed at every step of the way. The wait to get in, tho very well. My service advisor Lonnie was great, making herself available and keeping me informed at every step of the way. The wait to get in, though, was excruciating. I understand being short-staffed. And I was originally told it would be about a two-week wait. After 2 weeks I called and was told I'd get a call within 3 business days. That did not happen so I called again. They asked me to give them a couple more days. I did and then called again. The person on the phone agreed to let me come in, but I got the distinct impression that they still weren't ready for me and they were only making an opening because I continued to call. More
