I asked for an oil change, transmission fluid check and tire rotation. Easy. Rep offered lots of problems but no solutions for this easy request. I told him to just do the oils change. I couldn’t make an appointment, but it takes two days to get your car back-for a simple oil change. I had to make 5 phone calls to get a hold of someone who knew if my car was ready. This is too much trouble for a routine oil change, especially since I bought the car here. Why would I ever buy from Sunset again when you’re treated like a bum off the street when you bring that same car in for minor service. I can get my oil changes at Jiffy Lube for less headache and quicker service. If I can’t trust you with an oil change, I sure won’t bring it to you for actually repairs. More
