I didn’t know what to expect when I got there on Monday around 6 to see if I could get on the next day for an oil change. Your employees were friendly and one of them walked me to the back where the servic around 6 to see if I could get on the next day for an oil change. Your employees were friendly and one of them walked me to the back where the service desk was.,Sean Johns ask me if he could help me and I explained to him what I needed so he said that the day was all scheduled Tuesday but if I wanted to call the next morning( Tuesday) I could be put on the call ahead service. So I did and he put me in at 12;30. NotI was able to get on right away. Not only did they change my oil but rotated my tiered, changed my filter and gave my care a check up. I was concerned about how much all this was going to cost because just to get my oil changed at Western Auto on North Lindbergh, was 75$. Sean said it was going to cost $64.04 for everything! I was delightfully surprised. I forgot to tell you that I just moved here a week and a half ago. I will definitely come back. It was a very good experience. I brought my 2018 Edge in on 11/03/2020 because of grinding noise in the right front. Service was unable to locate a problem. On 6/12/2021 a Saturday while the grinding was obvious I took it back to t grinding noise in the right front. Service was unable to locate a problem. On 6/12/2021 a Saturday while the grinding was obvious I took it back to the service dept. the service writer confirmed that there was a grinding noise but no tech were available to check it out. When I took the car in for a recall ,brake hoses, I asked to have the grinding noise checked out. I was told what that was a separate issue and I would need to make an appointment. I did it took 6 weeks to get it in. When I went to pick up my car there was a $497 charge for servicing all four brakes to clean and deglaze the pads. Why service all 4 wheels when only the right front was making noise? I was told the 3 year warrantee was up so I would have to pay for the work. Why? The problem was brought to there attention before the 3 years was up. Also this problem started long before I brought it in the first time when it only had 20,000 mile on it. More
