We had the BEST "new car" purchase experience, ever. Tim was exceptional in every aspect of the sale. Service Advisor Michael Sensmeyer was excellent to deal with on my 2009 Ford Escape service. The only disappointing part of my service experience was the lack of a valve stem to correct tire pressure senso with on my 2009 Ford Escape service. The only disappointing part of my service experience was the lack of a valve stem to correct tire pressure sensor malfunction. This will require another trip back to Sunset to correct the problem.
