The dealership has a large and clean service department with well above average waiting area, so I plan to return for service. I arrived 15 minutes before the dealership was to close at 6pm (after sitting in traffic to get there) and he stayed after hours so I could test drive a car. Unfortunately, that car didn't work out. A few weeks later, I saw a car on the internet and called Jim and we met for a second time. Luckily this car worked out!!! He was very efficient and friendly during the car purchase!! Had to wait an extra day to pick it up because of the detailing and scratches that needed to be fixed. That was a bummer, but no not fault of Jim's. He kept me informed. Also he is willing to stay after dealership closes like he did before. I thought that was really nice of him. If you need a car, please go see Jim!!! More

She had me drive different trim level of the Edge and Ranger I was looking at so I would see the difference in the options. One I found my perfect car, the Edge, she informed us of incentives we didn't know about and got us a great deal! Once we got everything worked out she took us back to finance and we worked with Treff! Most laid back experience dealing with a dealer financing department. Great guy to work with! All together this was the easiest car buying experience. I will not buy another Ford from any other dealer! More
