Buying a New Vehicle I had arrived at the Dealership late afternoon (330-4pm) and was greeted by Casey Fowler. Explorer and two Edge's, while he went and test drove our trade in and gave us a very fair offer. He went out of his way to get a vehicle close to what I was looking for and price range. He was not pushy or demanding. Gave us space to discuss privately. We ended up getting the 2018 Ford Edge Titanium with great discounts. In all, it only took approximately 3hrs from start to finish. I am very happy customer. More

Helped by a True Professional Came into Sunset Ford late on a Saturday evening to look for a used vehicle for my son. We were greeted by Bach McAteer. Bach was very friendly. We Came into Sunset Ford late on a Saturday evening to look for a used vehicle for my son. We were greeted by Bach McAteer. Bach was very friendly. We sort of knew what we were looking for but Bach filled us in on information we still needed. He wasn't high pressure and answered all of our questions. We test drove an Escape and decided that was the vehicle we wanted. Bach pointed out that we could purchase a one year newer Escape with slightly different features but at a better price. Since we were running out of time we returned on the following Monday and purchased the Escape. The car was washed and detailed when we arrived. We had a positive experience and I would recommend doing business with Sunset. Really appreciated Bach's help and professionalism. We may not have made the purchase if it wasn't for Bach. More

Awesome experience I went to sunset ford prospecting for a new truck. Dan was quick to help out. Never pushy or arrogant, Dan had all the answers. He respected my bugdet when showing my wife and i the available trucks. And gave us freedom when it came time to test drive. He had no issues with showing me multiple vehicles,even though he had to walk all the way across the lot to get the keys for each one. Dan exercised patience and kindness the entire transaction, helping us with the finance piles of paper. He made sure to show off all the bells and whistles on my new truck. Making sure i was able to successfully sync my phone even after the deal ws made. Even contacted me the days after to make sure everything was still in good order. And to make sure i was satfied.
