First time at Sunset Ford I spotted a truck online and made an appointment to take a test drive. When I pulled up Bach was waiting for me outside with a smile. After quick introductions we made our way to the exact truck I wanted to test drive, no pressure to take a more expensive or older vehicle. During the test drive Bach gave me great info about the truck and made me feel comfortable and relaxed while driving. Once we got back, the negotiations, financing(thanks Justin) and just the overall the process went so smoothly I was done in just over an hour. My last time at a different dealership buying my wife’s car and it took 6 hours, nobody has time for that. I was so happy with my experience I even forgot my house keys on my trade in.
