He was fine until we told him we didn't want the extended warranty. He was very Cold towards us after that. To the point where we had to ask questions for him to even talk to us. At the end he told us to go meet Dan again. He turned his chair around to work on his computer, we had to say goodbye before he would say so, and he never shook our hands and thanked us. Everywhere else we have gone they were happy with our business. We couldn't get out of his office fast enough. Makes us wonder if we would ever want to deal with someone like him again in the future at Sunset Ford. We LOVE our vehicle and Dan Dopuch was very personable and helped us out to the very end. This review is late because I had back surgery and am now having complications with the results from that surgery. This is the first time I've felt well enough to sit and get on the computer. More
