Our salesman was great, Randy. Treff LaPlant left much to be desired. We met with him twice and both times you could tell he was too bothered for us. On the day of purchase of our Ford Escape, he never spoke to us in his office as we were signing papers except to say sign here or initials here. He made no conversation with us and no eye contact with us. We have bought many cars in our 38 years of marriage and he has been the least friendly and really had no personality. We both thought as a manager, he would be bettter skilled at conversing with people and making them feel like you really appreciated our business.
