IT WAS SO EASY I DID KNOW WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR WHEN I WENT IN. I HAD BEEN TO OTHER DEALERSHIPS BUT WASN'T QUITE"THERE" YET. WHEN I WALKED INTO THIS DEALERSHIP, I WAS GREETED BY CRAIG W A VERY STRONG WELCOME. IT WAS NOT OVERPOWERING. IT WAS NOT BELITTLING . IT WAS JUST RIGHT. THE FIRST DAY I WAS JUST CHECKING TO SEE WHAT THEY HAD IN STOCK. HE SHOWED ME AND WE DROVE IT AROUND. TOLD HIM MY STORY AND HE WAS VERY ENGAGED. I WAS WAITING ON AN INSURANCE SETTLEMENT. I KNEW WHAT CAR I WANTED AND ASKED HIM NOT TO SELL "MY CAR". THE NEXT AFTERNOON(SATURDAY) I HEARD FROM INSURANCE CO. SO CALLED CRAIG UP AND ASKED IF "MY CAR" WAS STILL THERE. HE LAUGHED AND SAID YES. MONDAY WENT OVER TO THE DEALERSHIP AND HE HAD MY CAR OUT FRONT READY FOR ME. WENT OVER THE CAR HEAD TO TOE. THEN I MET TREFF LECHANCE THE FINANCE GUY. I USUALLY TREMBLE WHEN I MEET THEM. BUT HE WAS VERY NICE AND FAST . IT WAS SO EASY.. WE GOT TO TALKING AND I LEFT HIS OFFICE AND WAS SITTING IN THE CAR W CRAIG GOING OVER A FEW MORE THINGS AND TREFF CAME OUT AND SAID , YOU FORGOT TO GIVE ME YOUR CHECK..." OH OH...
