Perfect Service! I brought my truck in for service as my check engine light was on. As I was getting some of my personal stuff from my vehicle, Aaron came over to tak I brought my truck in for service as my check engine light was on. He made my hellish nightmare of buying a new (well, new to me) vehicle I am so pleased with Bach Mcateer's customer service I am writing this review. He made my hellish nightmare of buying a new (well, new to me) vehicle in a walk around the park. He is kind and patient, takes the time to show the pros and cons honestly and doesn't make promises just to get the sale. My car was missing a fob and he called me a number of times letting me know when I could stop by to get the second one. However, he didn't pressure me when I was unable to make it. I can honestly say I am 100% satisfied with his treatment. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a not-pushy-but-detail-oriented sales man. Thank you, Bach from the bottom of my heart!!
