Bad Customer Service - PreOwned We decided that we wanted a used car from the Sunset Hills location. When I came by the next day to put money down on the car, Keith Boeding, salesman We decided that we wanted a used car from the Sunset Hills location. When I came by the next day to put money down on the car, Keith Boeding, salesman, then would not take 'No' when I told him I didn't want dealer financing. He pressured me into just going to the website and called to remind me twice that He hadn't gotten my application. He told me they ALWAYS have issues financing through my bank. Then, when I explained again we were using my bank, he 'lost' our buyers agreement and title/license for a day in his email. Then my bank put the application on hold because of the errors on the paperwork he sent them such as my name and address. So, it is 5 days later and I still don't have a car. I'm pretty sure it isn't my bank that causes this. More

About halfway to dealership, I received a phone call from Darrell and he said he needed to advise me that vehicle had some mileage(under 2000). We arrived at dealership and Darrell pawned us onto Sales Agent Howard(who did a great job). The vehicle had 4200 miles and Darrell failed to mention that the new vehicle he was selling was involved in a major wreck. Nothing about accident in Carfax. Fortunately for Darrell, he disappeared and was unavailable to discuss his indiscretions(LIES). Darrell's blatant disregard for the truth, made it an easy decision to leave the dealer without buying the vehicle. More
