Simple and easy. I normally spend a day or two beating up the dealers on price by pinning them against all their competitors. This time I didn't have to! Walked in w I normally spend a day or two beating up the dealers on price by pinning them against all their competitors. This time I didn't have to! Walked in with the idea of an f150 or an explorer. Left 3 hours latter in an explorer that met all my needs. I spend a few hours latter that night checking Craigslist, cars.com , and autotrader.com to see how good of a deal I actually got. Found out that in a 300 mile radius that I payed less for the same car than any other individual or dealer was selling for the same car. Only thing thing somewhat negative is the car was pretty dirty on the outside, they did do a quick car wash but I still had filthy rims and water spots, and I'm missing drivers side floor mat. (Though Steven said he'd find one and give me a call.) All in all though I'd still rate the whole experience as a 9.7 out of 10 which is A rated service in my book. Steven Lower did right by me. I'm sure he'll do right by you too. More

Randy made the difference! First, it was very frustrating that prices were not on the cars. My husband was fumbling through the website to find the cars we were looking at. Randy was able to help with this, however it was cumbersome. Randy did find us the perfect the car, and he was great to work with. We had to be somewhere later in the day and he worked quickly to get us into financing and get us on our way. Overall satisfied with our experience and would return in the future-to work with Randy. I was disappointed that my new car was left on empty when we left the lot, though. More

Really easy and straight forward. No tricks. It was the first time I've ever bought a car. Keith was very straight forward with the deal he was giving me. And he gave me all the details of the Nissan Juke I had dreamed about. Not only did I get a great deal, he was always happy to help with any sort of concern I had about the vehicle. There were some hard water spots on the car and instead of just ignoring it, he was very understanding and took my car to the detailing shop to get it taken care of.
