After just a few minutes of looking at trucks we received a friendly greeting from Steve. We told him what we were looking for and he took us back to his office to show us the specs on the truck we saw as well as a few other options. He currently drives a similar f150 and was very knowledgeable on the different options. He also knew exactly what we would need on the truck to tow our travel trailer. After looking at a few different trucks, we decided the one we had seen had everything we wanted, and he pulled it around for us to test drive. We decided this was the truck we wanted and it was time to have our current vehicle appraised. I was a bit nervous as dealers tend to offer much less than what the vehicle is worth. This was not the case with Sunset. The offer they came back with was very fair and we were pleased. Even with the truck already being heavily discounted for black friday, Steve and Larry did everything they could to get us any available discounts. Once we got in finance Treff made the process very simple and straight forward. He got us a great discount on the lifetime coverage so that everything on our vehicle is covered for as long as we own it. We are planning on keeping this truck for a long time, but the next time we or anyone else we know is looking for a new vehicle we will definitely be telling them to check out Sunset Ford! More
