Fantastic customer care. My 3 week old 2016 Mustang GT had been backed into on a subdivision street. I was beyond disappointed and made an appointment with Sunset Ford. From the first meeting to the subsequent follow ups, Debbie kept me in the loop on everything that was going on - from the insurance claim to the arrival of repair parts. I came in close to closing time and Debbie and Jennifer were always helpful and gave me confidence that my $40K car was going to be taken care of. Even when I noticed some larger panel gaps when I came to pick it up, Debbie immediately got the shop manager and made sure the issue was addressed. I had to come back again because the replacement headlight wasn't working - but Jennifer made sure I had a loaner Escape while I left my Mustang and carried on to get to work. All in all, I had a great experience in a bad situation. Debbie and Jennifer were a huge part of that. More
