Dan is a great sales person--he listens!! Came to"look" at a certain model..but once I explained what I wanted Dan made other suggestion to look at a different model . From the first meeting to the subsequent follow ups, Debbie kept me in the loop on everything that was going on - from the insurance claim to the arrival of repair parts. I came in close to closing time and Debbie and Jennifer were always helpful and gave me confidence that my $40K car was going to be taken care of. Even when I noticed some larger panel gaps when I came to pick it up, Debbie immediately got the shop manager and made sure the issue was addressed. I had to come back again because the replacement headlight wasn't working - but Jennifer made sure I had a loaner Escape while I left my Mustang and carried on to get to work. All in all, I had a great experience in a bad situation. Debbie and Jennifer were a huge part of that. More
