The second Salesperson on my deal was Mike Geraghty. Mike made sure the car got ran through the shop on time to deliver the car for me. He also did a great job when I called with a small problem a couple days after I took delivery of the car. He was able to set it up with the service department and the rental department to make sure that both myself and my car got taken care of. Everyone went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and that all of my concerns were put to rest. Mike, Randy and everyone at the dealership were excellent to work with. Grateful Surprise We had to replace our car that was totaled in an accident. In fact, the first dealership we visited we encountered a salesman that fulfilled that reputation. Fortunately, we decided that we would continue our search. We decided to stop at Sunset Ford. That was one of the best decisions that we could have made. Sunset has been around for well over 100 years, so they must be doing something right. We stopped in the used car lot and began searching. We had previously decided that we really were interested in a Ford Focus Hatchback. As we were looking, we were approached by Sam Martin. What a delight he turned out to be. Sam made us very comfortable. He listened to what we wanted and helped us find the right car. He produced a document with their entire inventory, found our choice from the list and started searching. He kept in mind our financial situation and located a car that fit our needs completely. He explained the benefits of doing business with Sunset Ford, without pressure. Closed the Deal at Sunset I was not looking for anything in particular when I walked in. I was a little put off by the lack of help I received right away but when Sam did come I was not looking for anything in particular when I walked in. I was a little put off by the lack of help I received right away but when Sam did come to assist, he made the experience as positive as it could be. He helped me make sure I stayed within my price range while finding me cars that suited my needs. He was not pushy by showing me cars out of my price range and I felt like he genuinely cared about how I felt about the car rather than just trying to close a deal. When it came to my financial concerns, Jason assisted me every step of the way. He did not try to sell me on things that I did not need but instead made sure to point out the things that I might want to consider when financing a car as well as explained his reasoning behind everything he proposed to me. This was a very positive experience overall and I would definitely go back. More
