I did some of this but I was very happy with how well Keith handled my buying experience from the moment I entered the door and through the process of test driving, then my nagging questions, and the finally the hand off of the keys. Buying a car is a big deal, especially when it represents a fourth of your yearly salary. Keith wanted to make sure I was comfortable making the purchase, and honestly, between the car manufacturers and the extensive certification process that pre-owned dealers conduct you are confident that you're getting a good car. So visited Sunset Ford and found one we loved and our sales man was wonderful, Tim. We explained our visit, and he brought up a Escape to the front for us view. We got everything done that we could that night and was back the next day to sign for it. Tim was very through on everything and the current changes that they did to the 2017 Ford Escape.
