Only reason I gave four stars instead of 5 was because we were actually wanting a higher end vehicle and I feel the sales rep missed a great opportunity to move us up to the Titanium model Fusion with very little effort. However we are not disappointed in the SE model Fusion that we purchased and feel the overall experience was quite good and would purchase from Sunset Ford again. More

Sales Guy Mike Made It So Easy! I was in the market for a gently used pickup truck that could pull a horse trailer safely. This was a new direction for me so I spent time researching I was in the market for a gently used pickup truck that could pull a horse trailer safely. This was a new direction for me so I spent time researching, asking questions, and test driving pickups. I stopped by Sunset Ford to see their pre-owned stock. I met salesman Mike Geraghty who immediately researched the trailer tow capacity of the used trucks available. I knew I was in good hands because he was very thorough - and he also checked into additional features that would make the driving experience wonderful. Like power pedals because I'm petite. On the lot was a gently used Ford-150 that seemed a perfect fit. I drove it and loved how it handled. Still I had a more questions. He researched, made calls, and answered promptly. Mike was professional, patient, and helpful. I was impressed by the warranty and service offered by the dealership. YES I bought the truck. And I love it! More

Unbeatable Service I went to Sunset Ford looking to purchase a 2014 Ford Flex. I had my eye on 2 particular Flex's, knowing I would probably only have a chance at the o I went to Sunset Ford looking to purchase a 2014 Ford Flex. I had my eye on 2 particular Flex's, knowing I would probably only have a chance at the one. As my brother and I were pulling up to Sunset Ford, there was a couple driving the Ford Flex that I was certainly going to purchase. I was very upset, again, I knew the other one (was more of what I wanted but above what I thought I could afford). I spoke to Sam Martin (who remembered us from a few days ago), and he advised me that the couple was going to buy that Flex they were looking at. Sam knew I was upset and did an amazing job at explaining my options to me, kept me calm and didn't allow me to get too down. He advised me to look at other financial option (I had assumed my best option was my credit union that I had banked at for years). Again, Sam explained the benefits to "shop around" for the best rates as it would not harm my credit or anything. After a short time and an awesome visit with Jason Schrijver (finance), I drove away with the Ford Flex that I truly wanted and payments I could afford, not to mention unbelievable lifetime warranties so I have the piece of mind of knowing everything is taken care of. Do to the warranties that Jason offered me, I will be able to pay this Flex off and give it to my son for his first vehicle. Thanks to Sam for not allowing me to get frustrated and walk out, thinking I had no chance at getting the vehicle I wanted so bad.
