Used Fusion experience at Sunset. I came by looking for a very specific Ford Fusion that I saw on Sunset's website. Came by later the next week and Sam had to give me the bad news that the car had been sold, but said he would keep his eyes open for a similar vehicle. Luckily (for me), shortly after I left he called me and said that the deal on the car had fallen through and was still available. I appreciated him being persistent and following up so that we could get the car we were looking for. He was very easy to work with and did not apply any pressure on making the sale. He was pleasant, helpful and friendly. The Finance team was slow to deal with, detracting from the overall Sunset experience, but Sam was the linchpin in making the deal happen. More

We were shopping for a car for my wife and initially looked at new vehicles. Not finding exactly what she wanted, Steve suggested we try a pre-owned car and had several on the lot for us to choose from. I had looked online and was contacted by Donna once I saw the inventory available. I was very specific with he model that I wanted and Steve did everything possible to get me what I was looking for. I feel that Sunset Ford worked with me and got me exactly what I needed and also a good deal on my trade in and my new truck. The truck I wanted was in the Waterloo location so Steve had it there waiting for me in Sunset Hills the next day. Everyone handled themselves well and didn't play games with me on the price. They missed a huge problem. They claimed the AC wasn't working but when I got in the car it was perfect. They got spotty when I brought the car back because it was dripping oil, oil they didn't clean. More
